My Genuine Shaggies
Well my list was difficult to narrow down, and I think it even changed a few times during the research process. I have compiled a few of the top from the 3,549,354,954 or so on the list for everyone to see.

Better Late Than Never Shaggies

Your Genuine Shaggies
Well it looks like we have reached the stopping point for entries into the Genuine Shaggies for this session, so I’ll post the participants, and you can all visit their lists of 5 Genuinely Shaggable hotties.
Theresa and Melvin of Flying Piggies was out first entry, and yes, they posted some great pics of some real hot celebs! He put her on the list and for some reason she had 5 people not associated with her husband (his name is not actually Melvin, but it’s a pet name). That hardly seems fair….but of course Theresa is a hottie and she might be a celebrity some day!
Wacky Wendi jumped right into the mix with her Genuine 5 Shaggables. Let’s just say she likes her shaggies to be on the hard body side!
Lisa at The World According to Me, looks as though she likes the eyes of her hotties. Well that’s the story I’m sticking with anyway. She has some similar tastes to that of Mrs. G.
Deb at Whispers on a Scream posted her “Shagalicious” hotties! The list is somewhat eclectic, but I heard that variety might be the spice of life!
Ed at The Perfect Marriage (until this post went up) has put up at least four of the celebs, and of course could not go any further with his lovely bride. His site is a little more racy so if you were letting your teenage daughter read this list, perhaps some restraint should be used. Although I find myself drawn to his site now and then for inspiration.
Darla at No Title. Just Me., shows us some diversity by have four hottie men and a particularly hottie belle. If that is her idea of unconventional, I’m all for it! Good show Darla!
Mamacita shows us her style and grace with a list of hotties not in the mainstream! Oh yeah and even a dead guy. No not necrophilia but a celeb from the past!
Buffi at Sugar Mommy goes into the list with an understated style. She only includes one hottie on her list and apparently the girls are going to be fighting over this lovely man! Must be the bongos?
Mapofthedead caused me to linger a little longer than normal because I think our list is fairly similar!!! Whew!! I need a shower!

Like "I Robot"
For the last three days I have been trying to access my own site at home. For the last three days I have been unable to access my site. As you may imagine, this was becoming more stressful by the minute, to a point where last night I was going to make my PC a boat anchor. Cooler heads prevailed, and with a little help from
Tris and
Shylah, I was able to keep from going blogger on everyone in the neighborhood.
I was being protected by my own protection so to speak. I have a firewall called
Zone Alarm Pro. This firewall is to protect me from the nasty demons out in the internet that want to invade the safety of the confines of my PC. This was working so well, it was locking me out of my own site! It was like my own version of HAL!!!
This morning I was able to bypass the flux capacitor with the turbo coil and the dylithium crystals, and kill the monster we call Zone Alarm. It died a slow and painless death as the last little bit of computer cancer left the last wire from my home. The sky has now opened up and the air is fresh. I can post and read on the internet again.
Of course now I have my ass hanging out in the breeze and it like having unprotected sex! I want to have the safety of Zone Alarm back but it coupled with my other technology does not act nice! What am I to do? This job calls for a super hero! Captain Genuine?

Butter….Parkay
Okay so the title dates me somewhat, but I do remember the commercials of the past. As I read about the firestorm in California, coupled with the flooding on the gulf coast, I could not help but think of the Parkay commercial of my childhood.
“It’s not nice to fool mother nature.”
I don’t want to draw any frightful conclusions like the story of Sodom and Gomorrah, but I am watching the skies from this point forward. That brimstone stuff must really hurt.

It's A Bash Bash Bash
We have yet to raise our glasses to September! This Friday, get ready for a bashful time at the Genuine Bash! Those of you that have not been to a Bash in a while come join us. Those of you that have never been to a Bash are in for a treat. I have waited all month for the chance to mingle with everyone again so mark it on your calendar for Friday night at 6:00 p.m. MST/ 8:00 p.m. EST. We’ll start out with the kids hour, including “Genuine Baby Cam”, and then things will get wild and crazy from there. I’ll be giving out prizes this time as I have recently come into some money!!! Yeah I found $3.00 in my pocket this morning and it has been neatly washed so prizes it shall be!!! What does Jennifer Lopez and Genuine Baby Have In Common?
Apparently, hottie Jennifer Lopez has asked her fragrance experts to recreate the smell of a baby’s head.
Ummmmm…..Jennifer? You didn’t make the Genuine 5 Most Shaggable, but if you want to come over to do some research on Genuine Baby’s head, feel free to drop by anytime. Sheesh, to think all I had to do was rub my son’s head on my cheeks for that baby smell. I wonder if it will come with a free spray of spitup and a DVD of baby noise to make the whole experience unique?

A Conspiracy Theory, A Shag Update, and A Daddy Blogger
It must have been a conspiracy! I was watching football last night and trying to work at the same time on the laptop, when suddenly I was left without an internet connection. If I was corresponding with you or taking to you via IM, I was not actually being rude!
Now I have had many threats from Mrs. G that she intended to take away my internet if I didn’t spend more time with the kids, with her, and with the sheets on our bed, but she was there next to me and I would have noticed if she had cut the wires. I have yet to find out why I lost my connection and was without email and internet, and now suddenly my ISP is not answering the phone. I’m certain it’s a conspiracy of sabotage!
On another note, I’m getting lots of excellent entries into The Genuine Shaggies! It’s not too late to enter your shaggable 5! I’ll be linking to each of the entries and hopefully sending everyone around to look at your posts.
Finally, I wanted to take an opportunity to introduce another daddy blogger I have recently found and wanted send those of you that don’t already read him over to his site. Dutch has me often shaking my head in agreement and chortling at things that I have experienced but cannot seem to put into eloquent words. As an example:
Things have been a little contentious around our little apartment lately. Wood and I are getting along fine, and little Juniper is as sweet as ever. And yet some nights I just can’t help but feel that there is a pugilistic contest of epic proportions taking place on the squared circle inside our bedroom, the mat inside Juniper’s crib. It’s a wooden-doweled cage match to the death. No Holds Barred.

Another Genuine Shag Bunny Bites the Dust
I blogged last year about the 5 people on your shag list that you would not kick out of bed and where no adultry charges would come of the actions. I asked everyone to post their list with a nice picture which everyone could enjoy. I think I will go forward with doing this again, as my list has changed somewhat, and because I….well…need some blog fodder involving hottie girls. Yes, I expect all of you ladies (yes, I first spelled this LAIDies) out there to do the same. I don’t want to see the usual suspects either, so give this some extra thought. Guys, we might be able to swap pics if you have a collection of them on your computer. Well I know Jay does! I posted pics of the Genuine Shag Bunnies!!
Now to get to the point of my title to this post. Mrs. G was the first to break it to me (with a big grin on her face) that Terri Clark the #4 Genuine Shag Bunny was recently wed over the weekend. I’m thinking it could be a marriage of convenience being she is coveted within the lesbian community. The hearts of males, and of course females, are breaking all over the country.
Now I want all of you to show me your 5! I’ll post a link to your post if you let me know about it! We can call the meme The Genuine Shaggies! Now get posting!
