Those of you that don’t live in places where you can dream of a white Christmas, can live vicariously through the people here in our town. 25 inches of the white stuff and counting. Snow blowers are better than owning a Cadillac at this point. I would post pictures but my arms are too tired to hold the camera. I think we are in for more than just a single snow day. This could be more like a snow WEEK. Excuse me but I need to go find a child or two in the snow. I think they were making snow angels and they got buried somewhere between the house and the street.

A White Christmas for the Genuines, indeed. Lucky. All we have here is constant, incessant rain.
I hope you have plenty of toilet paper and milk. I also hope the UPS truck can get through to your house.

Great Blog! Keep it up.
Miss Cellania Says:
No envy here. In my chosen profession, you can get fired for letting a little thing like 25 inches of snow keep you from getting to work.

Sounds very cold! I don’t mind a little sweater weather but that much snow just chills me to the bone!

Geez. I’m in Texas so the most we get is a millimeter or two, and that’s very rare. I wouldn’t know what to do with all that snow!

Happy Christmas and New Year!

Wow, and people here in ‘Bama were buying out the stores because there was a ~chance~ of a flurry or two!
Liz Says:
Yep, we’re still snowless in Jersey – which of course means the strep infections, she is running wild – somehow, fifty+ degrees just doesn’t cut it for me this, especially at this time of year.
Then again, 25+ inches is a bit much – just think about how great your arms will look, by springtime ;o)
Happy holidays – tether the children!
Karen Says:
Forget the snow angels, that’s good enough stuff to build caves and igloos out of. I keep asking for you all to share some of that fluffy stuff with me but no one is cooperating
I want some snow!
I bet the kids are loving this snow! When I was a kid, I loved snow days because it meant we could play outside all day.
