No I'm not talking about the nasty spammer, I am talking about the BoB Weblog Awards 2004. The event kicks off on Friday, December 10, so be sure to get out your list of your favorite reads for nominations. Some of the categories include Best Mommy Blog, Best Daddy Blog and even a Best Craft Blog and Best Food and Recipe Blog. The Categories are being announced soon. With the finalist beng later named on January 1, 2005. Easch category will have 10 slots for finalists. We are trying to have everyone have fun and create some community.

I love the idea of expanding the circle and the community that we read. I am sure that each of us has a hidden treasure on our blogroll ready to share. I just don't want any political blogs in my circle. So again... Yay! Thank you.

I AM buying ads to support this endeavor. Just haven't figured out what to say. AND I will commence obnoxious levels of pimpmanship over at my place just as soon as I can recover from the wrench that Daddy threw into my life with an ill-timed stroke today. MEN!!! (obviously, the prognosis is good or I, perhaps wouldn't be SO put out and out of sorts with him. But still! I wish I had KNOWN to schedule six hours to chase his obstinate, limping, droopy self around town until I could find him and drag him to the hospital. I am REALLY behind, now!) I'm thinking... I'm thinking...
How about a category for blogs who don't care if they get nominated or win, but just do it for the fun and comraderie? ;-)
